Vespa Kazakhstan Scooter Club Charter
1. General Provisions
1.1. Vespa Kazakhstan Scooter Club (hereinafter referred to as the Club) is a voluntary association of citizens united by a common passion for Vespa scooters, riding culture and lifestyle.
1.2. The Club is not a commercial organization and operates on the principles of self-government, voluntariness, equality and transparency.
1.3. Full name: Vespa Kazakhstan Scooter Club.
1.4. Location of the Club: Kazakhstan, Almaty, Al-Farabi Avenue 15.
2. Objectives and Tasks
2.1. Popularization of Vespa culture.
2.2. Organization of meetings, events, joint trips and festivals.
2.3. Exchange of experience, technical information and mutual assistance between participants.
2.4. Representing the interests of Club members in public and government agencies.
2.5. Maintaining driving ethics and respect on the road.
3. Club Membership
3.1. Anyone who is 18 years of age or older, owns a Vespa scooter (any model) and shares the goals of the Club can become a member of the Club.
3.2. Admission to the Club is carried out by the Club administrators, with the approval of current members.
3.3. Each Club member is obliged to:
comply with the Charter;
respect other members;
participate in events to the extent possible;
maintain a positive image of the Club.
3.4. Membership may be suspended or terminated at one's own request or by decision of the Club for systematic violation of the Charter.
4. Communication and Ethics
4.1. All Club members adhere to a friendly, respectful and inclusive form of communication.
4.2. The following is strictly prohibited in the Club:
insulting other members;
provocations, rudeness, toxic behavior;
negative or derogatory statements about other brands of scooters.
4.3. We are for Vespa, but we respect other people's choices. Comparisons are allowed only in a constructive and respectful context.
4.4. Violation of these rules may result in a verbal warning, and if repeated - temporary or permanent exclusion from the Club.
5. Structure and Management
5.1. The highest governing body of the Club is the President of the Club, and the administrators can also elect the Organizing Committee.
5.2. The Organizing Committee is responsible for:
organization of events;
maintenance of internal documentation;
interaction with external partners and the media.
6. Financing
6.1. The Club can collect membership fees if this is decided by the General Meeting.
6.2. Financing through sponsorship, donations and merchandise is also allowed.
6.3. All funds raised are used exclusively for the needs of the Club.
7. Symbols and attributes
7.1. The Club may have a logo, motto and uniform.
7.2. The use of symbols for commercial purposes is allowed only with the consent of the Organizing Committee.
7.3. Wearing club attributes means respect for the ideology of the Club.
8. Final provisions
8.1. Amendments to the Charter are adopted at the General Meeting by a majority vote.
8.2. The Club may be dissolved by a decision of at least 2/3 of the Club members.
8.3. This Charter shall enter into force from the moment of its approval at the first meeting of participants.
